Quality Conversation Services has joined forces with non-profit GRID Alternatives (GRID) to provide your family with a no-cost solar electric system. As a non-profit community organization, GRID pulls together multiple funding sources to make solar accessible and affordable to qualifying families. Quality Conservation is providing the initial outreach and pre-qualification for families such as your own to secure no-cost solar power.

This free rooftop solar program is available primarily to single family homeowners located in state designated Disadvantaged Communities (DACs). This program is designed to provide solar to you at no cost. There is no homeowner credit check requirement, nor will you owe any money to Quality Conservation Services or GRID Alternatives. You will receive all the solar electric system benefits, which include expected monthly savings on your electric bill, insurance, maintenance, warranties, and monitoring of the solar electric system’s power production.

After your initial pre-screening with Quality Conservation Services, you will work directly with GRID Alternatives for the remainder of the process, including a home solar suitability assessment, paperwork eligibility, system design, contracting, installation, interconnection, and post-installation education.

Quality Conservation Services can also assist Affordable Housing complexes to secure solar systems through the Solar On Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) program. This not only reduces the energy and costs of providing electricity to the in-unit needs, but can often be used to offset the energy needs of common area loads.
