Once the certified technician arrives, the appointment is expected to take between 1 and 3 hours depending on the work that is needed.

Installation and services, such as weatherization, are carried out during this visit. Some specialty work, such as attic insulation, refrigerator delivery, and furnace/water heater repair and replacement may occur during subsequent visits. The technician will discuss timing with you upon arrival and review of your home’s needs.
