The Energy Savings Assistance Program, funded by Southwest Gas, provides comprehensive energy saving home improvements and services to income-qualified renters and homeowners whose homes are at least five years old. These are installed at NO COST by Quality Conservation Services and other approved and licensed contractors. NOTE: The Southwest Gas program may be combined with the Southern California Edison (SCE) Program for additional FREE improvements.
Free energy improvements offered by Quality Conservation to eligible homeowners and renters* in single family, multi-unit, or mobile homes who are residential customers of Southwest Gas may include:
Smart Wi-Fi connected Nest™ Thermostats
Attic insulation
Door weather-stripping
Caulking and sealing of air leakage points
Minor energy saving repairs to doors, windows, walls, etc.
Water-saving aerators and massage showerheads
*For some improvements, renters must provide a Property Owner Approval form, signed by their landlord
** Repair or replacement services may be available when existing natural gas units are deemed inoperable or hazardous.
